Princess Sibylla’s Room

This double room was considered the finest room of the house at the time of renovation in 1924-26. Princess Sibylla, the mother of the current King Carl Gustaf XVI, stayed here when she visited the former owners, the Sager family. It has a stunning white marble chimney and the beautiful original bed frame.

The Chinese Room

This is the only room that has undergone total renovation due to a leak from a water pipe. The current owner has transformed it into a magical Chinese box with inspiration from her travels, induced by her fascination with Eastern cultures.

This peaceful and harmonious double room is kept with the original wallpaper from the time of renovation in 1924-26. It has a beautiful antique tiled stove typical of the Swedish manor houses.

A Room with a View

One of two rooms located on the second floor of the manor house. On the wall you can still see the original english wallpaper from the big renovation of the house in 1924-26. This room has a stunning view over the lake. Facing east, you wake up with the morning sun as it crawls up behind the old pines on the lake shore

Grandmother’s Room

One of two rooms located on the second floor of the manor house. On the wall you can still see the original English wallpaper from the big renovation of the house in 1924-26. This is loved for its relaxed atmosphere and was the all time favourite room of the owner’s grandmother.

The Butterfly Room

This single room was one of the two finest guest rooms when the house was renovated in 1924-26. There is a beautiful white marble chimney and behind a door where you might expect to find a closet, you will discover a small separate room with a private Edwardian sink. The room is decorated with inspiration from France and the Napoleonic time, due to the owner’s connection to this historic period.

The Blue Room

One of two twin rooms located in our beautiful wooden barn house, built in traditional Swedish style. This is where the farm management has taken place for more than 100 years and where we have our yoga loft and "all in wood" classroom.
